⁵ but whoever ^(A)keeps his word, in him truly ^(B)the love of God is perfected. ^(C)By this we may know that we are in him: ⁶ whoever says he ^(D)abides in him ^(E)ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.

The New Commandment

⁷ Beloved, I am writing you ^(F)no new commandment, but ^(G)an old commandment ^(H)that you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word that you have heard.
